Visiting Nurse Services of Newport and Bristol Counties is very
grateful for the support from our many donors. These
contributions have been made from our friends and neighbors as
well as from local and national corporations and foundations.
Gifts of securities, real estate, gifts-in-kind, and planned
gifts are also welcome.
Gifts to VNS can be in the form of:

- Securities and appreciated property

Charitable Giving may be done in the following ways:
Legacy Giving
In the past we have received gifts from many generous donors and
family members touched by our services. Their loyal support has
continued over many years. Contributions to our endowment can
serve to extend such loyalty beyond one’s lifetime. If you are
interested in learning more about endowment support, please call

Memorial and Honorarium gifts
To give in memory or honor of someone is a beautiful way to show
your appreciation for the care given. Birthday, holidays,
anniversaries, and other special occasions can also be a way of
honoring a friend, caregiver, nurse or a loved one. Names of
those honored are published in materials for the agency and a
notification is promptly sent to the person or family in whose
name your gift was given. Please contact us for more information
